To get to an answer faster, tell us:

• which app you are using — Kresona Book (clients) or Kresona Partner (salons);
• your salon's name or shop code;
• the mobile number you sign in with; and
• what you expected to happen, and what happened instead.

A screenshot helps for anything visual. Please do not email one-time codes or passwords — we will never ask for them.

Which app do I need?

Kresona Book is for salon clients. Use it to see your salon's menu and prices, book an appointment, and keep your offers and coupons in one place.

Kresona Partner is for salon owners and their staff. Use it to run the day's diary, bill clients, track money and manage services, staff and offers.

For salon clients

I don't have a shop code

Ask your salon for it. Kresona Book connects you to one salon, and the shop code is how it knows which one. If your salon does not use Kresona yet, tell them about it — or send us their name and city and we will get in touch with them.

My one-time code hasn't arrived

Codes are sent by SMS and can take a minute. Check the number you entered, make sure you have signal, then use Resend when the timer allows. If it still does not arrive, email us the number you are trying and roughly when you tried.

I need to change or cancel a booking

Open Bookings, find the appointment under Upcoming, and cancel it there. To move an appointment, cancel it and book the new time. If the slot you want is not offered, your salon is not free then — availability comes from their own diary.

A price or service looks wrong

Everything you see belongs to your salon and is set by them — the services, the prices, the opening hours and the offers. Please raise it with the salon directly; we cannot change another business's menu.

Getting started

Email support@kresona.com or use the trial form on the Kresona website and we will set your salon up and walk you through it.

My clients cannot find my salon

Clients connect using your shop code, which is shown in Kresona Partner. Share it with them — on a card, a poster in the salon, or in a message.

Something is wrong with a bill or a report

Send us the bill number and the date. Money figures are calculated from the bills and expenses recorded in the app, so it helps to know which entry looks wrong.

Account and data

How both apps handle your information is set out in our app privacy policy. The separate website privacy policy covers the Kresona marketing website and its trial form.

To delete your account and the data attached to it, use account deletion, or email support@kresona.com from the address or number on the account.
