1. Who operates Kresona
Kresona is the platform behind two mobile apps — Kresona Book, used by salon clients, and Kresona Partner, used by salon owners and their staff — together with this website and the backend service they connect to.

2. Name and logo
“Kresona”, “Kresona Book”, “Kresona Partner”, the Kresona lotus mark and the visual identity used across this site and the apps are our marks. We claim rights in them; they are not licensed to you by your use of the site or the apps.
Please do not use the Kresona name or mark in a way that suggests we endorse, supply or are affiliated with your business, product or event without written permission. Salons using Kresona may say that they take bookings through Kresona, and may display the name and mark for that purpose.
3. Copyright in this site and the apps
The design, text, layout, illustrations, screenshots, icons and software making up this website and both Kresona apps are protected by copyright and are owned by us or used under licence.
The copyright notice for the current year is shown in the footer of every page, and is the same notice published on the app store listings for both apps.
4. Content that belongs to salons
Each salon using Kresona owns what it puts into the platform: its service menu and prices, its opening hours, its offers and coupon text, the photographs in its gallery, and its own business records. We store and display that material so the salon can run its business and so its clients can see it. We do not claim ownership of it.
If you believe material shown in Kresona infringes your rights, write to support@kresona.com with enough detail to identify the material and the right you are asserting, and we will look into it.
5. Third-party names and software
Apple, App Store, Google, Google Play and any other product or company names mentioned are the trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.
Both apps and this website include third-party open-source software, used under the terms of the licences granted by the respective authors. Those licences are unaffected by anything on this page.
6. Permitted use
You may use this website and the apps for their intended purpose — booking with a salon that uses Kresona, or running a salon on it. You may not copy, adapt, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the site, the apps or their content beyond what the law permits, and you may not scrape or bulk-extract material from them.
7. No warranty
This website and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind. Service details, prices and availability shown in Kresona are supplied by the salon concerned and may change; the salon, not Kresona, is responsible for the service it provides and for what it charges.
